- International Jazz Festival (End of June-July): free lunch time concerts in City Square Food Court during the whole festival
- Halloween Hunt (Saturday, October 27): trick-or-treating, face painting, magic shows, pumpkin decorating and enter to win great prizes!
- Holiday Fair (mid-November to December 24): extended Shopping hours, new temporary tenants for your Christmas shopping
- Charlotte Diamond Concert and Santa Photos (early December, date TBA)
