Boardroom Rental Information

Basic Package :

Use of Boardroom, table and chairs

Hourly
Tenant: $25.00
Non-Tenant: $40.00

Full Package

Includes use of audio-video equipment (Cable TV, DVD, VCR, PC hook-up, Wireless Internet, teleconferencing equipment)

Hourly
Tenant: $40.00
Non-Tenant: $65.00

Boardroom Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment for the boardroom booking must be made 24 hrs in advance of the booking date.
  2. One hour minimum charge for Tenants.
  3. Two hour minimum charge for Non-Tenants.
  4. Any portion of an hour will be charged as a full hour.
  5. Any additional time taken beyond the booked time will become due and payable upon the end of the meeting before leaving the premises.  For after hours bookings, a cheque should be left with your sign in sheet or given to Security for any additional time taken.
  6. It will be mandatory to sign in upon commencement and sign out upon termination of your meeting.
  7. No changes between packages can be made after payment is received.
  8. Access to the Boardroom is through the front doors of the Boardroom located to the side of the administration office (not through the main administration office doors).
  9. A cleaning fee of $25.00will be charged for any cleaning we are required to do on your behalf. It is up to you to clear the boardroom of all food garbage and clean up before you leave the premises.    Failure to pay will result in you being denied use of the boardroom in future visits. The responsibility for guests using the boardroom and for the condition of the boardroom will be assumed by the person whose signature is on the boardroom sign-in sheet.
  10. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of intended occupancy date. If not, the entire rental fee will be charged for the time booked.
  11. Should there be any damage to the Premises, the cost of repairs plus 15% administration fee will be invoiced to the Licensee.
  12. All activity conducted in the Boardroom must abide to the laws of Canada and of British Columbia, and the pertinent terms and condition of your Lease, if a City Square Tenant.
